My work is body-based and relational, integrating somatic therapy and nervous system support to help you reconnect with yourself, understand patterns, and feel more steady.

Together, we focus on reconnecting with yourself, understanding patterns, and building the inner resources needed to move through life with greater steadiness and care.

I integrate somatic therapy, attachment-focused care, and nervous system support to help you reconnect with yourself, understand patterns, and feel more resourced. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping for, while moving at a pace that feels right for you. This is a space to slow down, feel supported, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying.
