Hi there, I'm Audrey!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience providing counseling to adolescents and adults in Maui. I have experience in a variety of settings, including residential adolescent treatment, adult court-mandated groups, clinic-based couples communication classes, school-based counseling, and private practice.

My focus

Reaching out for support when struggling can be extremely difficult. Choosing a therapist who is a good fit is an important next step, and I would be honored to meet to see if we could work together. I provide support for major life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, and anger management.

My approach

I’m trained in various modalities to meet your unique needs. I believe in treating the whole person - brain/mind, body, and soul/spirit. Like the Lokahi wheel illustrates, we are our best selves when in balance. We can work together to understand and resolve challenges in your life, relationships, and any limiting beliefs you may hold.
