I work mostly with adults and specialize in grief, loss, anxiety, depression, and stress. I utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Grief Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to support my clients in improving their overall well-being.

I have found my calling in working with those who have experienced grief and loss. Whether it is the loss of a loved one, pet, relationship, career, or home, I help children, adolescents, and adults from all walks of life navigate a new way forward with their grief.
