I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences. If we're working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient, to listen and provide coping skills.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy started when I experienced personal trauma and met therapists who renewed my hope. I want to provide others with hope, increased self-esteem, and confidence. I work with trauma survivors navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma effects, helping them gain coping skills and find hope again.

My goals for you

Therapy is a partnership. Together, we'll identify and set goals important to you, whether they focus on improving relationships, building self-esteem, or personal growth. As we work together, your goals may evolve as you gain new insights. I'm here to provide support and tools to help you move closer to where you want to be.

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background, what brings you to therapy, and identify an initial goal. It's completely normal to feel nervous. We'll take it one step at a time, and I'm here to guide you through each step of the process.
