I set a safe, warm, calm, inviting, and energetic tone. I pay attention to your energy and mimic your tone so I don't overwhelm you. We'll work together to find our tone for each session, ensuring you feel safe, warm, and welcomed.

My journey to mental healthcare

Understanding how I feel helps me communicate better with everyone in my life. I never had a voice until I looked deep within myself. Once I found my voice, I wanted to help others find theirs. Therapy is powerful and healing if you embrace it.

My goals for you

We'll create a plan with your therapy goals and evaluate if they've been met. Together we'll discuss whether therapy will be long or brief, determining sessions per phase with goals tied to each. We'll build strong rapport, maintain open communication about expectations, and reevaluate what's working.

Our first session

At our first session, I want to get to know you, truly know you, and find out what you expect and want from therapy with me. A therapy plan will be discussed. Goals will be created.
