My journey into therapy began with a passion for helping others express themselves and build meaningful connections. I believe deeply in each person's capacity for growth, resilience, and change. Whether it's helping you gain confidence, process difficult experiences, or find inner peace, I find this work profoundly rewarding.

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and start building trust. We'll talk about your background, what's been on your mind, and what brought you to therapy. We'll explore your goals and what you hope to achieve, and I'll explain how therapy works and what to expect.
