My journey to mental healthcare

I started my journey as a community mental health provider and then joined the military to continue my professional endeavors. I served and then transitioned to be able to support my family in the way they needed. I functioned as a therapist and consulted on all things mental health.

A first session will be us getting to know each other. I will focus on the beginning of you and how you got to where you are now. It will be a complete assessment that I will use to help guide treatment. First sessions can be difficult and we will take one step at a time.
