I specialize in working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and addictions. Additionally, I provide counseling to teenagers facing challenges with behaviors, mental health, and family dynamics.

I have much expertise working with those who are feeling "stuck" in life and assisting them in moving forward. Teens who struggle with their habits, mental health, or familial concerns are also a wonderful fit for me
