I feel a deep commitment to support individuals facing challenging moments, which inspired my journey to become a therapist. Colleagues and clients have recognized me as a compassionate listener and a dependable source of support during tough times. It brings me immense joy to witness others grow and thrive.

My goals for you

Collaborating with you and meeting you where you are at is the cornerstone of my goal-setting process. You guide the therapeutic process as we determine what you hope to achieve during our time together. Getting comfortable with treatment and establishing trust are the initial steps. We will work together to set goals and track your progress.

Our first session

In our first session, we will primarily talk about how you've been feeling lately, what prompted you to seek therapy, and me asking questions to gain a better understanding of some of the reasons behind your current situation. The goal is to establish a preliminary rapport between us and assist me in determining our next course of action.
