My focus

I work with individuals and families. I continue to expand my knowledge in Trauma-Informed Care, Eating Disorders, Veterans, and Children of Service Members.

My approach

I understand that each person's background plays a key role in what will be most effective. My clients benefit from a range of evidence-based methods including Play Therapy, EMDR, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and CBT.

My communication style

Clients share that I provide a calm and centered environment to process life events while maintaining focus on their own goals. I honor and respect the vulnerable space therapy can be.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have understood the deep value of community and connection well before this calling became my profession. I have worked in schools and provided individual psychotherapy. I am happy to share more about myself if it is pertinent to our work together.
