My communication style

I try to make my clients feel as comfortable as possible in our sessions by having an inviting and welcoming attitude. Many of my clients in our very first session have said that they feel as if they have been working with me for a very long time and that it is easy for them to open up to me.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always had a heart and passion to help people. I understand that we have all gone through something in life and sometimes just need someone to help us process the challenges that we face in life, and I am here to do just that. You are not alone, and I am here.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting in a collaborative approach with my client at all times. It's important for my client to work on the things that they come to therapy for.
