My communication style is clear and transparent. It provides sensitivity and understanding to support self-reflection and exploration. It promotes moving through the sometimes uncomfortable process of growth and responsibility, yet is attuned to the ongoing need to feel safe and comfortable through the process.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy came from a deep and unwavering need to understand the complexity of the human condition and the resilience within. I have seen time and time again the freeing shift a level of understanding into ourselves, our circumstances, and protective behaviours can have in changing one's life.

My goals for you

It is important for me to understand what brings you to therapy and to ask you what you would like to attain as a result of our sessions. From there, we can begin to explore the root cause of the conflict and learn tools and interventions to reduce limitations of well-being.

Our first session

During the first session, we are working to get a clear understanding of what brings you to therapy and establish initial goals. We will review your background, any areas that need particular support, and identify your strengths and resources that can be drawn upon throughout the therapeutic process.
