My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I love interacting with and helping people. I've always enjoyed hearing unique life stories and gaining insight into what shapes each person. I continue this work because I truly love seeing my clients grow into the best version of themselves.

My goals for you

I work with you collaboratively to first identify the change you'd like to create. The next step is building a trusting therapeutic relationship that allows us to develop the steps necessary to lead to that change.

Our first session

The first session of therapy is often difficult for clients. It is a time of vulnerability and requires courage to address the pain they may be facing. In the first session, I prefer to spend our time getting to know my clients and coming to understand their perspectives. You can anticipate me asking questions and evaluating potential needs.
