My journey to mental healthcare

I began my career as a targeted case manager and greatly enjoyed working with underserved populations. This led to me to go back to school to complete a master's degree in marriage and family therapy and spend several years working in community mental health. I was drawn to be a provider as a way to help others reach goals and have personal growth.

My goals for you

I provide collaborative services to assist clients in creating measurable, attainable goals and work to meet those goals in each session through various interventions.

Our first session

During our first session, I will ask several questions to get to know you as a person. From there, I like to spend the rest of the first session gathering history, symptoms, and understanding where you would like to go in therapy. Finally, I like to end sessions by discussing future scheduling and plans for future sessions.
