My journey to mental healthcare

People often confided in me about the most personal parts of their lives, which naturally led me to pursue helping others find their voice. What has always guided me is simple: a deep desire to help people connect better with themselves and with each other. That commitment remains the heart of my work.

My approach is practical, collaborative, and goal-oriented. Together, we clarify what you want to achieve, and I guide you with clear tools and strategies. I believe change happens when insight is paired with action, using education, role-play, and mind-body techniques to help you practice new ways of responding.

Our first session

The first session is about getting to know each other and laying the foundation for our work together. I ask questions to understand your history, current concerns, and what brought you to therapy. You'll have time to ask me questions and get a sense of how I work. Together, we'll clarify your goals and outline the pathway forward.
