Are you looking for support during a difficult time in your life? I work with those who have experienced anxiety, trauma, abuse, depression, grief/loss, and many other mental health concerns.

My focus

My experience has been working with children and adults experiencing difficulty with symptoms from anxiety/panic, trauma, abuse, depression, and grief/loss.

My approach

I use a 'whole person' strength-based approach, often starting with cognitive behavioral therapy and utilizing somatic approaches to help regulate the nervous system. I offer acceptance of who you are now, helping you discover who you'd like to be, and finding ways to make a more comfortable life ahead.

My communication style

I would like to work beside you to help you move forward in your journey. I provide a warm, accepting environment and provide resources for you to use between sessions if that would be helpful for you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became interested in helping others from a very young age when my parents became foster parents, and I grew up with extra siblings in our home. I have always had the desire to help others, and I do my best to bring comfort, support, and non-judgment to those I serve.

I work with you to find what areas you want to improve, and we create goals that will work for you. I enjoy getting to know you and what might be helpful for YOU.
