My approach

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, and Solution Focused techniques, as well as a variety of other person-centered skills. I have worked in many different settings and with different diagnoses, and I enjoy what I do tremendously.

My journey to mental healthcare

I grew up knowing I was going to college, and I happened to focus on psychology. When I started work, I saw the only way to grow was to go for my Master's, and I have never regretted it. I know I am lucky to have had such a direct path from the beginning.

We want to build goals together. I will use 'we' a lot in my sessions; this is not you against the world, it's 'we'.
