My journey to mental healthcare

I have always enjoyed helping others and currently work with a variety of client populations. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, and Bipolar disorder. I strive to provide a supportive, comfortable, non-judgmental, and safe space for exploration and discussion of your concerns.

My goals for you

I focus on a combination of mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and other evidence-based counseling designed to improve unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. Treatment is person-centered and individually tailored to reduce symptoms and improve emotional wellness.

In the first session, I learn about your background, past therapy experience, therapy goals, current symptoms, current coping skills, supports in your life, and the frequency of sessions you desire.
