I have found my approach is good for adults who are dealing with challenges such as anxiety, stress management, depression, anger, mood disorders, relationship and communication skills, self-exploration, personal growth, grief, life transitions, and substance use addiction.

My approach is strength-based, person-centered, and eclectic using evidence-based techniques including person-centered therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, and attachment-based methods.
