Hello! Congratulations on taking a step to further your mental health and overall life. I have been working in mental health for 10 years. I love working through relationship struggles, identity issues, OCD, and anxiety. I am a native Idahoan and am honored to provide care for people in my home state.
My focus
I enjoy working with clients seeking clarity in relationships or family dynamics. I work to empower clients to identify and set boundaries in their interpersonal relationships. In addition, I enjoy supporting LGBTQ+ clients and women.
My approach
I am very "human" as a counselor, and do not have a "one style fits all" type of approach. With some clients, I utilize sarcasm and humor, and with others, I am more reserved and professional. This will all depend on what you, the client, need from a counselor. I tend to use CBT often, but understand it isn't right for everyone.
