Hi there, I'm Juneaux!

I specialize in Autism Spectrum, ADHD, and Gender Identity/Transgender Issues. I'm easy-going and meet you where you're at, bringing therapy tools and techniques, and also recognizing that you are the expert of yourself.

My focus

I work with generally adults, supporting with life transitions, self-discovery, school or work support, and general daily life stressors.

My approach

I use a strengths-based and holistic approach to support you and your needs. I recognize that we achieve growth in different ways, and work with you to find the therapy style that meets your needs.

My communication style

I am autistic and have ADHD, so my communication style is very neurodivergent. I am open-minded and accepting of individual ways of seeing the world. My intention is to support people in gaining understanding and validation, as well as empathy for their experiences.

My journey to mental healthcare

All of the issues that I specialize in are because I have struggled with them myself. (or still working on it!) I know what it's like to feel alone and drowning in shame, and I want others to feel seen and supported.

I provide a space to feel and be completely accepted, along with the support to gain confidence and embrace your true self.

Our first session

I find it helpful to meet for about 15 minutes online first. That can give clients a good idea of whether it feels like a good fit.
