My tone in counseling is reflective of the client's tone and pace in communication.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a counselor because I realized I enjoyed helping people. I have had a long-time interest in psychology, so counseling was a natural path forward integrating the two interests that I have.

My goals for you

I prefer clients to take an active role in goal setting. I believe people are more successful in achieving their goals when they are creating them.

Our first session

The initial session will consist of gathering information from the client to best assess the client's concerns and begin to develop a path forward in treatment. I am open to questions the client may have about getting started in therapy.
