Hello, I am a licensed counselor in the state of Idaho. My approach to counseling is collaboratively working with my clients to achieve their desired outcome or goal. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice but I also utilize other strategies. I specialize in couples counseling using Gottman therapy methods.
My focus
I work primarily with adults age 18 or older. I have a skill set that is adaptable to most situations and I enjoy working with people to find strategies that work for them.
My approach
I have experience working with a wide variety of concerns or mental health diagnosis. I have additional training in the areas of trauma, suicide, eating disorders, and couples counseling. I enjoy providing a supportive space for my clients and empathetically listening.
