Hi there, I'm Lynne!

I utilize a person-centered approach to provide each client with their own unique counseling experience. I am looking forward to supporting and empowering you on your journey towards mental wellness.

My focus

I have worked with clients with a wide variety of mental health struggles. As long as you are open to change and want to work on being that best version of yourself, I would love to provide you with the help and support that you need to achieve that goal.

My approach

CBT is a foundational approach because to change how we feel we need to change how we think. I have studied multiple theoretical approaches and don't feel as though there is a "catch-all" when it comes to helping individuals meet their mental wellness goals. I love to teach and practice mindfulness.
