I work with people who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by past and present experiences. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in understanding, acceptance, and unconditional positive regard.

My ideal clients may struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, motivation, or patterns that keep them from reaching their goals or living in alignment with their values. Many of them are insightful and want change, but they aren’t sure how to move forward or break the cycles that keep showing up in their lives.
My approach
I help clients work through trauma and the barriers holding them back so they can move toward their goals and the life they want. I use an integrative approach that includes cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques to support meaningful, lasting change.
