My therapeutic style is holistic, reality-based, experiential, and engaging. My main focus areas are anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
My focus
I work with clients of all backgrounds. I am happy working with individuals, teens, and families. Much of my work has focused on treating depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, anger issues, relationship issues, and ADHD.
My approach
I use an integrative approach in psychotherapy, utilizing a variety of techniques to help clients achieve their goals. Much of my work is strength-based and solution-focused, meaning you are in charge of your treatment. I often adapt treatment using a trauma-informed and mindfulness-centered approach in order to best serve each individual client.
