My therapeutic approach is holistic and guided by client-centered, humanistic principles. I believe everyone has an innate drive towards wellness, and I partner with clients in their goals, using a psychodynamic, trauma-informed perspective. I can also employ art therapy interventions and techniques if the client is drawn to that approach.
