My communication style

Working with me feels like talking to someone who already understands before you finish the sentence. I do not need you to have it together before you walk in. I am warm, direct, and real. There is no performance required here. Just you, as you actually are, and a space where that is enough.

My journey to mental healthcare

I once hid on the side of my refrigerator, crying so hard it hurt my stomach. I was exhausted, wearing a face that looked like me but wasn't. I became a therapist because I did not want other women to figure out what comes after the mask comes off alone. I show up for my clients from memory. Not a textbook.

My goals for you

We figure out together what you actually need, not what you think you are supposed to want. Goals here are not a checklist. They are an honest conversation about what is weighing on you, what you want to feel instead, and what small steps get you there without adding more to an already full plate.

Our first session

The first session is simple. You talk. I listen. Not to diagnose you or hand you a treatment plan. Just to understand what you have been carrying and what made you finally decide to put some of it down. You do not need to have it figured out before you come in. Most women leave feeling like someone finally heard them. That is enough to start.
