My focus

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief, and emotional distress. Together we'll explore what brings you to therapy and develop strategies that support your healing and growth.

My approach

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) interventions to promote good emotional health. I also utilize Solution-Focused Therapy interventions, which focus on a person's present and future circumstances and goals.

My journey to becoming a provider began working with Veterans and hearing their stories of trauma. My goal for my clients includes reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma, improving overall well-being, and promoting personal growth.

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. It's completely normal to feel nervous about your first appointment. We'll take it one step at a time, and I'm here to guide you through each step of the process.
