Hi there, I'm Lavita!

My mission is to bring mental health awareness and wellness into the lives of others through kindness, compassion, and empathy. I help individuals, families, couples, and the BIPOC community navigate the stressors and anxieties of daily living through a holistic approach that encompasses all aspects of who you are.

My focus

I work with a diverse population presenting with grief, depression, anxiety, work-related issues, couples and family concerns, trauma and racial-based trauma, parenting challenges, stress, low self-esteem, and life transitions.

My approach

I work through a trauma-informed lens, acknowledging that everyone has experienced trauma that has shaped who they are. This allows me to meet you where you are and respect your unique differences and challenges. I tailor each intervention using evidence-based modalities to support your healing and growth.
