Effective communication is key to healthy relationships. I provide active listening, paraphrasing, and validation in a supportive, safe space. We will embody challenges, and the goal is to support awareness, understanding, and resolution in a calm and efficient manner.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began in childhood when I encountered individuals with mental health challenges, and instinctively, I possessed the ability to provide comfort and care. During my graduate studies, my concentration was mental health, and in my internship, I worked with individuals experiencing various symptoms of mental health.

My goals for you

In our therapeutic sessions, we will explore the challenges that led you to therapy and discuss your treatment goals. The goal is to offer a welcomed, respected, and comfortable environment where you can discuss your stressors and goals in a non-judgmental environment.

Our first session

First sessions are ideal for us to gain an understanding of one another. Initially, I would like to explore the contributing factors that led you to therapy. I believe therapy is a working relationship, and during our sessions, we will learn more about one another and establish trust and cohesiveness.
