With empathy, I can provide suggestive coping mechanisms to help with events that can cause feelings of being 'stuck'. My journey to mental healthcare

I was interested in counseling as a profession so that I could give to others. I raised a family, volunteered in self-help groups, and realized that I could take my experiences to others.

Our first session

During the initial intake, you will be asked questions regarding presenting issues. Background, family dynamics, and past traumas will be discussed. The session is client-centered and not pressured.
