With empathy, I can provide suggestive coping mechanisms to help with events that can cause feelings of being 'stuck'. My journey to mental healthcare

I was interested in counseling as a profession so that I could give to others. I raised a family, volunteered in self-help groups, and realized that I could take my experiences to others.
