I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem & confidence. I also have experience working with coping with life changes and parenting issues. In my practice, I have worked with families, individuals, and children/teens.
My focus
I help clients with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and family and relationship problems. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. As a woman of color, I am especially passionate about working with female BIPOC children, adolescents, and adults.
My approach
I believe that the most healing part of therapy comes from the formation of a strong therapeutic relationship. Your experience and goals are my primary focus. In my practice, I primarily use a Humanistic approach to focus on you as a whole person and draw on your innate ability to grow and feel happy, as well as a Psychodynamic approach.
