My journey to becoming a provider came from my deep interest in understanding how people cope with life's most challenging moments. I like helping people and seeing them feel better than they have in a long time.

My goals for you

I work with clients to help set meaningful goals, focusing on their strengths and what's already helping them cope. Together, we will identify small, achievable goals that will track your progress and adjust as needed.

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. Therapy is a process, and we’ll continue to build our work together over time. It’s completely normal to feel nervous about your first appointment. We’ll take it one step at a time, and I’m here to guide you.
