Hi there, I'm Omolola!

I’m glad you’re here! I’m a Chicago-raised therapist with over seven years of counseling experience, and I specialize in supporting individuals through anxiety, life transitions, identity concerns, grief, and trauma. I’m passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.

My focus

I work best with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity-related stress, caregiver stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting clients from racially and socially marginalized communities, first-generation individuals , and those exploring cultural identity.

My approach

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I use an integrative style drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, trauma-informed practices, and psychodynamic therapy to tailor treatment to your unique needs, pace, and goals.
