I am a therapist who uses a collaborative and strengths-based approach with each of my clients. I have been privileged to walk alongside individuals and families as they courageously encounter their vulnerabilities.
My focus
I specialize in working with individuals, couples, families, and minors aged 13-17. My areas of focus include addiction, alcohol use, drug abuse, dual diagnosis, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, self-harming, personality disorders, parenting, and family conflict.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in generating a respectful, empathic, and collaborative environment. I work with clients to help them cultivate personal growth and self-awareness through our therapeutic relationship.
