I work with adults facing interpersonal struggles, anger, chronic health issues, grief and loss, major life transitions, caregiving stress, and trauma. Suffering is part of being human, but pain doesn't have to define you. Whether you're new to therapy or not, we'll start fresh and collaborate to set goals that meet your needs.

My approach
I believe trust is the foundation of therapy. I create a warm, empathetic environment where we can develop a collaborative plan for your life. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy due to its proven effectiveness. We'll work through your stressors, explore new perspectives, and find the healthiest coping strategies specific to you.
