Hi there, I'm Rachel!

My main areas of focus include symptoms and medication management. I practice evidence-based, patient-centered care and always aim to provide the best care possible. I create a supportive and judgment-free space for patients.

My focus

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships or family, ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Sleep disorders, and Mood Disorders.

My approach

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In our first session, we'll explore what brought you for treatment and decide the most appropriate ways to help you progress. With CBT, we'll examine how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience, and I'll help you challenge those thoughts to improve your feelings.
