My communication style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and valued. I believe in fostering an open, honest dialogue that encourages vulnerability and self-reflection.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always believed people are more than the hardest moments of their lives. That belief led me to become a therapist and was strengthened through my work in crisis care. Today, I'm passionate about helping adolescents and young adults recognize their strengths, heal, and build the life they want.

I approach goal setting with clients in a collaborative and client-centered way, ensuring that the goals we set are meaningful and tailored to their individual values and needs. In our sessions, we’ll explore what’s most important to you, identify areas where you want change or growth, and break those larger goals into smaller, manageable steps.

During the first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where we’ll focus on getting to know each other. We’ll spend time discussing your reasons for seeking therapy, your background, and any specific concerns or goals you have.
