I treat people who are facing challenges with their mood, their thinking, their behavior, their relationships, their jobs, and their health. People are often struggling with depression, anxiety, and stress.

My approach

My approach in therapy is supportive, laid back, understanding, compassionate and empathetic. I use solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy.

I set a tone of acceptance, non-judgment, and trust. You will feel safe and will feel free to be open and share your concerns.

I chose this career because I enjoy helping people. It is gratifying to see people achieve their goals, feel better, and find that spark again in their lives.
