My journey to mental healthcare

I found my life’s purpose is helping people. Currently, and over the past 15 years, I’ve worked with people struggling with emotional and behavioral hardships, crises, and extreme difficulties. I also had the opportunity to work with diverse clients in various settings and of all ages, ethnicities, socioeconomic statuses, and cultural backgrounds.

My goals for you

Getting to know me is just as important and is the basis on which a good working relationship is established. That good client-therapist fit is where we begin working on solutions to issues that are distressing and disruptive to your life.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll focus on building rapport and understanding what brings you to therapy. I'll listen without judgment as you share your story, and together we'll begin identifying patterns and creating a plan that addresses your unique needs.
