My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this profession by a desire to understand how people overcome adversity and create meaningful change in their lives. It remains meaningful to support clients as they build coping skills, gain insight, and reconnect with their strengths while moving toward healthier, more purposeful living.

From there, I create a practical plan with skills and small steps to practice between sessions, and I regularly review progress, adjust strategies, and support you in maintaining improvements in daily life.

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brought you to therapy, along with your concerns and goals. We will review how therapy works, discuss confidentiality, answer your questions, and begin forming a clear plan so you know what to expect moving forward.
