My communication style

My role is a supportive role. I will ask questions to assist the client with recognizing why they think the way they do, which causes them to feel a particular way, causing them to behave in a particular way. Change cannot take place if you do not understand yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been providing therapy services for the past 39 years, primarily part-time while I was the director of social service agencies in the community. I have been providing virtual therapy for the past few years on multiple platforms.

In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and understanding environment where we work together to uncover the root causes of your struggles and develop personalized strategies for overcoming them. I am here to support you every step of the way, providing a safe space for you to express yourself and explore your feelings.

Our first session

The client will share relevant history and share their goals for therapy, and we will begin working in the first session.
