I looked for therapy because I really wanted to talk, or vent, about life, problems, and things that I usually do not talk to other people. Gaelle provided me with a friendly environment where I could share things and not feel judged and I love that.
VERIFIED PATIENT TESTIMONIAL

Hi there, I'm Gaelle!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional counselor who is passionate about taking on the journey with people to assist them with identifying the interconnections of different parts of their lives. Once the relations are known, it is easier to understand the way each part affects another.

My focus

I worked as a case manager as well as a mental health specialist, which allowed me to interact with individuals of eclectic backgrounds, including homeless, parolees, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, LGBTQ, mental health disorders (anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, dual diagnosis), and people with other life maladjustments.

My approach

I work from a collaborative, strength-based approach, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Reality Therapy. I encourage a holistic approach to health, incorporating exercise, sleep, nutrition, relationships, spiritual practices, and hobbies.
