As a trauma-informed therapist and practice owner, I support individuals in navigating the impacts of their childhood trauma and abuse, anxiety, and major life adjustments. Therapy is a collaborative partnership, and I strive to provide a trusting environment where you feel supported by your clinician.

We will work through your concerns and challenges using a tailored blend of IFS, ACT, DBT, and EMDR-informed strategies. I offer a space that is deeply supportive and collaborative, but I’m also direct, who will give you feedback gently to help support change and growth.
