Hi there, I'm Andie!
I'm a licensed clinical professional counselor. After working as a survivor advocate for many years, I transitioned into my role as a therapist with the recognition that people have an incredible capacity for healing and change. My strengths include identifying and managing anxiety and depression.
My focus
I work with people over the age of 16 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and trauma.
My approach
Because of each individual's unique story, I use an eclectic approach to therapy. After hearing what has prompted a person to seek therapy and developing a set of goals with them, I combine elements of CBT, person-centered therapy, feminist therapy, mindfulness skills, and some DBT techniques to achieve those goals.
