I'm an LCSW with 25 years+ years of experience helping adolescents, adults, and families. I provide a warm, genuine space where clients feel heard and understood while building confidence, resilience, healthier coping skills, and meaningful change. in their lives.

My focus

I work with adolescents, young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and concerns with confidence, identity, or self-esteem. I especially enjoy working with young people and student-athletes navigating school, relationships, and performance pressures.

My approach is warm, strengths-based, holistic, and individualized. I combine evidence-based therapy with practical strategies, encouragement, and honest feedback. I consider the whole person-not just symptoms-and work collaboratively to create meaningful, sustainable change.

I'm warm, genuine, encouraging and direct. Therapy with me is conversational rather than overall formal or clinical. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, provide honest feedback, and create space for both serious conversations and humor. I want clients to feel comfortable being themselves.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've spend 25 years helping people across outpatient, community, school, in-home, and private-practice settings. Those experiences taught me the importance of understanding the whole person and building genuine relationships. I continue to love helping people recognize their strengths and create meaningful change.

Our first session is about getting to know you-not just your symptoms. We'll talk about what brought you in, what matters to you what you'd like to change and what has or hans't helped you before. You don't need to know exactly what to say. We'll start where you are and determine the next steps together.
