My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and psychoeducation. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs while providing practical tools you can use outside of therapy.
