I work with adults and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, and Borderline Personality Disorder. Using evidence-based approaches, I help clients make progress and start feeling better so they can manage what life calls them to manage.
My focus
I specialize in working with those who have sustained trauma at some point in their life. I also work extensively with couples, families, and teens struggling socially, academically, or personally with a broad range of concerns.
My approach
My sessions are client-centered, meaning we start where you are. I draw from Psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you build skills and get back to managing your life with confidence.
